Terms & Conditions
It could be the customer expectations that have not been realised, as a consequence of not fully taking on board an item description. It could be due to unforeseen, and uncontrolable, delays with the postal or delivery service. Worst case - the goods might not arrive. In any instance - our prime concern is the effective, managed and organised rectification of the situation - with customer service and satisfaction being paramount. To enable us to manage these situations effectively, we've put together some simple and clear steps to follow in the event that something goes slightly awry. The guides also give you a better understanding of what to realistically expect. They also explain our effective feedback and complaints procedure. Our objective is to ensure that we maximise communication and resolve any issues without causing upset, or tarnishing any hard earned reputation - especially in the case of the e-bay feedback system.
TOOL INFORMATIONAll the tools we sell are New and Unused
POSTAL DISCOUNTWe give postal discount on multiple buys, from 30p upwards - although this will vary according to the items being purchased. Please ask!
TERMS - UK CustomersWe accept PAYPAL, cheques, postal orders & credit cards.
TERMS - INTERNATIONALWe accept PAYPAL & credit cards.
CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERSWe can only accept Cheques, Postal Orders or other money orders from UK Customers only. We do NOT accept these forms of payment from International buyers - as the Bank Charges are too high. Please make cheques or postal orders payable to: HENRICH HARDWARE LTD
PAYMENT CONDITIONSPlease contact us immediately if there is a problem with paying. Payment to be received within 4 weeks of win or sale will be void, item relisted and, if using ebay, negative feedback left. Non-paying customers will receive payment reminder after 1 week, and if using ebay, an Unpaid payment reminder dispute after 2 weeks.
VATWe are a VAT registered Company & VAT at 17.5% is included in all our prices. A VAT Receipt is included with all sales. For Channel Islands, and outside the UK, VAT is deducted from the item price, either before payment is received, or if we all react too quickly, we refund via Paypal after the payment is made.
SHIPPINGCosts include postage and packing. Please note - it also includes handling, admin etc Items are usually despatched via ROYAL MAIL, within 2 working days. Please allow 1-2 days for 1st class, 1-3 days for 2nd class and 3-5 days for ROYAL MAIL PARCELS. European Customers: Please allow 1-3 days for Airmail, 2-5 weeks Surface Mail. Rest of World Customers: Please allow 3-5 days for Airmail, 10-12 weeks Surface Mail.
LATE or NON ARRIVALPlease allow 15 days from delivery before reporting non-arrival Royal Mail will not accept resposnsibility before then. Please also check local sorting office, and neighbours before coming back to us. Often, goods are tracked down this way. If returned to us as NOT KNOWN, or NOT CALLED FOR, we will only re-ship when further postage has been paid.
COLLECTIONCollection only accepted from our Unit address between 9.30am & 3.30pm Monday to Friday - please give at least 2 days notice to ensure the goods will be avilable for collection, and bring some form of ID.
REFUND & RETURN POLICYWe will replace (or refund) faulty goods returned to us with appropriate proof of purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the fault has occured after this 30 day period, but withib 6 months, then we will be happy to offer you a credit note. If you receive an item in error, please do not open or use the product and we will happily replace it for the product your require. Please return it & we will cover the postal costs incurred. If an item is missing, please let us know and we will happily send it to you. You have 7 days to contact us to arrange to return and unwanted items. The return must arrive to us with 30 days of the original order date. Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. You must arrange the return delivery yourself and we cannot reimburse and return postage charges. Please note that we are also unable to refund the original delivery charge. Where free delivery has been given, we will deduct the actual cost of delivery to you which, depending on weight and service used, may cost more than the standard rates we charge on our website.
